Hi, I’m Kaitlyn P. Tauber, Esq., Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Liberty Legacy Law Group, an estate planning and elder law firm serving Maryland families, retirees, and small business owners. I help clients protect what they’ve worked hard to build — whether it’s a home, a business, or a legacy for the next generation.

My work includes wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, probate, and property transfers. I’m especially passionate about helping middle-class families and entrepreneurs who are often overlooked in traditional legal spaces.

Before founding Liberty Legacy, I worked in estate planning, real estate, and title law, and bring a strong background in business ownership and real estate investing.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my dog and play on a local bowling and softball team. I’m excited to be part of the Howard County Chamber and connect with other driven business owners.
